This blog will give nice homely flavors and methods to cook indian food. I named it Foodie Takda because I am a big time foodie and love food. Tadka means tempering and usually a lot of temperings can make your food spicy to a level and I love spicy food, that is where the name Foodie Tadka comes from..:)
